Mike Grabowski - President (2009 to Present)
Mike Grabowski is a professor at Santa Rosa Junior College where he is also the coordinator for SRJC’s Corrections and Children and the Justice System programs. He has completed his doctoral course work in juvenile justice, has a master’s degree in sociology/criminology and a bachelor’s degree in education. He has taught at both the university and community college levels and has been a criminal justice department chair.  read more

Torrance L. Bynum - North Region Secretary (2011 - Present)
Torrance L. Bynum is a professor at City College of San Francisco and was recently appointed the chief administrator for the southeast campus at City College of San Francisco.  He has been with CCSF in the Administration of Justice department since 2007. His academic achievements include an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology, a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Juris of Doctorate degree in law.  In addition to his academic duties, Torrance is also a deputy adult probation officer in San Francisco, California. He has worked as an adult probation officer since 1989 to the present.
